Travis Perkins Return Policy?
At Travis Perkins, items in a resellable condition can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Collection can be arranged by emailing at customerservice@travisperkins.co.uk or calling 0330 123 3846 with the order number and product details. However, the return of perishable items (i.e. cement, plaster) will not be accepted. A minimum charge of 15% of the order value may be applied for this collection service. Once the products have been returned, a refund will be processed within 7 working days.
If the Products are accepted for return, they must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of the date of delivery. A reasonable restocking charge may be deducted from the refund amount. No restocking fee will be charged if the order is cancelled under Consumer Cancellation Rights.
For faulty or damaged products, a refund or exchange can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Free collection can be arranged for these items.
